Camps Bay

(Tack igen Pascale for lanet).

Yesterday we took a 2 hours walk to Camps bay, it was one hours uphill and one hours downhill.. We finally reached the beautiful beach with the nicest sand I've ever seen and built a sandcastle, met Sean's bosses and had a look at his new flat he will be renting from the end of the month. It was such a lovely warm weather, and we also spotted an eagle!

Day before yesterday we were supposed to have gone to Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was prisoned, but the boat trip was cancelled, so we will try to do it next week instead. Which in a way is good, because then I have a chance to read a bit more of his book (Thanks again Pascale for lending it to me). Instead we took a sightseeing tour around the harbour and saw lots of seals, to Julia's great pleasure. Starting to miss people at home now, can feel I've been away for a while.
